CNN anchor doesn't know how the U.S. Senate works - 7/20/22

Biden's spokesperson won't take the bait when CNN's Alisyn Camerota demands he attack Senator Joe Manchin because he knows even with Manchin's vote, Biden doesn't have the votes to do anything unless they get some Republicans or kill the filibuster.

Manchin has made it clear he will not end the filibuster and they aren't going to get any Republicans on this stuff.
