How Double Standards Create Dissatisfaction. [Episode 22]

Right now we are going through a national re-evaluation of what is considered "just," but this same thinking applies at work. preferential treatment (or discriminatory treatment) creates dissatisfaction in others. We will talk about how doubles-standards wreak havoc in law and at work. We will look at what the scriptures say about double-standards, and consider how human beings process double-standards.
