Hijacked Reinvention

When I decided to quit the practice of law, I created an original concept way ahead of its time. In 2007 I founded Zesty Bites- a restaurant to serve customers whose menu preferences ranged from raw, to vegan, to vegetarian, to octo/lavo, to white meat. No products from 4-legged animals. The goal was to create a franchise. Although my enemies had other plans in store, forsaking my capacity to prosper, I created it, operated it with acclaim for a year and a half, and learned a lot from the experience.

Most important lessonI learned was that when you have the inspiration, you have the talent to achieve ANYTHING you set your mind to. It
takes passion and perseverance, setting yourself the highest standards of excellence.

A job well done is always gratifying. No one can take that away from you. Ever.
