Biden Keeps Getting Lost

Examples of this president wandering around lost in different places. I am not trying to make fun of this very deceptive senior citizen who has been lying repeatedly throughout his time in government. It really appears this guys in not capable of making presidential decisions and from what I have looked into I find him to just be a fill in and others are pulling the strings to the Davos Agenda!
