AC Diversion Load, Part 2 - Z-Wave Setup

Pairing the AC Diversion Load to the Z-Wave controller and getting it set up for use.

Basic setup of the light dimmer, pairing it with the Z-Wave controller, along with adding configuration settings and parameters. In the end, there will be two of these loads, one on each of the 120V legs in the 240V breaker panel. Each leg of the panel has a current transformer to monitor the current and power.
