NATO exercises are taking place in the Black Sea

Annual military exercises with the participation of 11 NATO countries take place in the Bulgarian waters of the Black Sea.
This is reported by "European Truth" with reference to News.bg.

24 combat and auxiliary ships and boats, 5 aircraft, 4 helicopters and 1,390 servicemen of the naval forces of Bulgaria, Albania, Belgium, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Poland, Romania, USA, Turkey, France, and also from the NATO Navy Command.

These are the first large-scale exercises in the Black Sea since the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

In connection with the real danger of free-floating anti-ship mines in the training areas, measures were taken to ensure the safety of the participants.

As reported by Ukrainian News Agency, NATO has no intention of participating in the military unblocking of the Black Sea.

Meanwhile, the former commander-in-chief of NATO's joint forces in Europe said that Russia's war against Ukraine will most likely end in four to six months in a "frozen conflict" similar to the Korean War.
