Over the years, UEFA has been especially active in organizing various different competitions based on age groups. The UEFA Women’s Under-19 and Under-17 Championships were established in 1997 and 2007 respectively. Both these Championships are national competitions aimed at discovering exciting young players who will become the stars of tomorrow. The 2022 UEFA Women’s U-17 Euros were held recently in Bosnia and Herzegovina where young players showed their potential qualities to the world soccer stage. These young players displayed high levels of passion and dedication befitting professionals athletes. They are young, pretty and eager to compete for their country.
