Eva and I both love our new home in Arizona but we DEFINITELY miss our wood oven back in Maine. I've been craving a real pizza recently but I have no good way of cooking one. Luckily, Eva has some recipes for Italian dishes that are technically not pizza, but apparently capable of filling the pizza-shaped hole in my heart.
