Is Joe Biden one of the Horns of the Beast?

As we attempt to identify the ten horns of the beast revealed in Daniel chapter 7, we constantly face the question, "Is Joe Biden one of the ten horns?" Can we not expect the leader of the United States, one of the most powerful nations in the world, to fill this role? Obviously, all of these will just be opinions until we can look back and see the actual fulfillment, but I will add my "opinion" to the discussion today.
