4 Year Carnivore: What is my Total Cholesterol? Full breakdown of my lipid panel on a Carnivore Diet

I get asked daily "what is your total cholesterol". I recently had a full bloodwork panel done and in this video I am reviewing that with Nutrition with Judy. She is giving my total cholesterol number as well as breaking down my full lipid panel of HDL, LDL, and Triglycerides. Understanding context and the full cholesterol breakdown is so much more important than understanding just that total number.
