What I Order at Sonic: Carnivore Diet

I have been on a Carnivore Diet for 4 years. I eat most of my meals at home but I travel for my job and often eating at home is not an option. Here is an example of how I would order a quick lunch at Sonic.

If you are worried about eating fast food burger patties or hot dogs or having things be as cheap as possible then your option is to always eat at home. With my busy life that is not always possible (neither is always fasting when I am away from my house). This is a great option for me and has kept me the healthiest I have ever been for the last for years. #youdoyou
