Which is amazing because Tampa, Florida is the lightning capital of the USA! Watch & enjoy & turn down the sound, if you or your dog don't like thunder as Maddie happily tries to catch the raindrops as she & her Mom stand in the doorway & watch the amazing light & sound show.
