Sensei Darren Stringer from the UK is known as an “all rounder”, equally as comfortable in knockdown full-contact as he is in Kata. His accolades and tournament wins are many, with world titles in Kata and Knockdown Karate.

There is a little connection interference at the beginning (which I cut from the audio but left in the video), but it clears up soon. The joys on working with the internet! lol
