How Far Can You Swim Without Breathing

Elizabeth broke a personal record by swimming the length of a lap pool without breathing. Swimming that far while holding your breath takes a lot of practice and Elizabeth has a lot of practice. Elizabeth loves to swim and loves to get better and better at swimming underwater across the bottom of the pool.
