This is a beautiful and powerful technique that will cleanse the bio field
(energy field) around your body and all of your energy centers from any intrusion that is not serving you whether that's a bacteria, virus, negative though form, emotion and on and on etc. Its so important for us to learn to be self aware and sovereign and the more we can clear ourselves of anything which does not serve us or is not ours the more its possible for wholeness, healing and love to flow through us bringing us into balance, harmony, happiness and health on every layer of our being.

How can we navigate our lives to ascend in our awareness? My name is Sarita and I am trained in the ancient Shamanic teachings of The Lyceum.
