I wanted to see what kind of workout I could get from chopping firewood. I used my Garmin Forerunner fitness watch to track heart rate and calories burned while splitting and stacking wood for about 20 minutes. The results were surprising. Shoutout to @Wooly's World for giving me the idea for this video.
