nothing much happened today i just felt empty, hollow. i woke up at 1230, took my trikafta, did albuteral puffer and salmeterol. i had a lot more caffine than usual today. this evening i've also done albuterol puffer, salmeterol, trikafta, basaglar insulin. nothing much is going on tomorrow.
