Caesar III - Intro 4k (Remastered with Neural Network AI)

I took the original video and used a neural network that is able to Upscale and reconstruct
low-resolution images, keeping most of their elements and details intact. Thanks to the "Killah" for the image that served as a data set for creating the model.
