Conspiracy Theories Project - Knocking At Your Back Door - Live!

This is Conspiracy Theories Project, featuring Debra Criveau as lead vocalist, Brian Criveau on the drums, Joe Verdi on bass, Ced Duenow on keyboards and Scot Stoddard on guitar.

This track was recorded live on 6/3/2018 at Brian and Deb's house in Brentwood, NY. CTP was an online collaboration, and some of the members had never met in person. On June 1, 2018, all of the members gathered together from their respective locations for the first time. A fantastic weekend of jamming ensued, resulting in a Facebook live broadcast of this song, our cover of Deep Purple's huge hit "Knocking At Your Back Door".

During the FB live session, Brian recorded the audio to this track live, as he has a fantastic studio setup right there in the room we were jamming in. When I got back to Syracuse after the trip, I took the video footage we had shot for FB live and synched it to the now mixed and mastered audio that Brian had produced, giving the finishing touches to this production!

CTP was formed as a classic rock cover band and online collaboration. It was an honor and pleasure to work with these fine people, who became good friends during the course of the project. It was an even more excellent experience, and an unforgettable one, to have made this trip, met my friends in person, had that personal touch and to have created memories that will last a lifetime. I am SO glad that we preserved that moment and are able to share it with you. We hope it elicits an emotional response from you, as well.
