Water Erosion; Fixing Gravel driveway with the Bobcat T650 CTL (Track Loader)

Join me for some fresh air and some machine work with the Bobcat T650 CTL (aka Skid Steer, MTL, SSL, Track Loader) as I bring in some fresh gravel to create a couple of water boards to re route the water to try to reduce water erosion on the gravel driveway and the surrounding area. This particular spot has been challenging for awhile for a few reasons. The first is that the water coming down from the hill HAS to cross this gravel driveway. At this point in time it is too late to install a culvert pipe due to the power lines and fiber optic lines being buried under the driveway. It is possible, if I wanted to risk it to put in a couple of small culvert pipes, like 4 inch pipes up high on the driveway, which I still may do yet. But since this water erosion is not really that severe it is not a super high priority on the list of things to get done around our Southern Illinois farm. So lets try a couple of gravel driveway water board fixes and see how this does before I move on to Plan B.
