so today was a good day, but the thing is, i don't know why that is. i'm suspicious of it. i took my morning trikafta, forgot to make a morning log, did albuterol puffer and salmeterol, this evening i've done the same. i bought groceries today. choir, and all other music groups are canceled for the foreseeable future. i'm thinking about shaving my head tomorrow. it's just a thought for now. i still need to take the trash bins down to the curb before going to bed
