The Cookie Problem - Legitimate Interest - Can You Turn IT Off?

Even though you may turn #cookies off on your device, #advertising and #marketing companies may still send you cookies that they believe are in your “legitimate interest”. Only you can be the author of what is in your legitimate interest and third parties do not have the authority to override your decision. Where do you draw the line?
