Spaghetti and Meatballs

make a simple but delicious Meatball Sauce for "Spaghetti and Meatballs". Diana has a few recipe's for this but this is a simple easy recipe to start with but leaves room to make your own changes to make the sauce your own.

Meatballs and Sauce for Spaghetti and Meatballs (Episode #20)

Ingredients for the Sauce
4 28 ounce cans of Crushed Tomatoes
1 large Onion hopped
6 to 8 cloves of Garlic chopped
2 Table spoons of Italian Seasonings
2 Table spoons of Sugar
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
6 table spoons of olive oil

Ingredients for Meatballs
2.5 lbs of Ground beef
1 Onion chopped finely
8 Garlic cloves minced
2 Eggs
1/2 cups of cream or milk
1 Tablespoon of Italian Seasonings
1/2 Parmigiano-Reggiano
1 Cup of Italian Style Bread Crumbs
