trikafta log 2020.03.17.0331

i didn't make a log this morning. i had a pretty rough night. had a dizzy spell, had pain shoot through my pelvis a few times i'm not able to explain. took my morning trikafta, barbbershop choir was canceled, for obvious reasons. i didn't need to go grocery shopping this evening, but we stopped by the store, they were limiting the number of people in. i've done my evening albuterol and pulmazyme. i'm nearly out of albuterol again. i've set up an appointment at the open door health clinic. it's set for august, in 5 months, which worries me. in the meantime, i've ordered serotonin supplements to see if that could be of any use. i'm not sure about it, but i've got very little to lose at this point. i've taken my evening trikafta, i don't think it would be reasonable to have recorder practice tomorrow.
