TwoSistas and it’s MindsetMonday - and today was a mixed updated type of day - catching up from the weekend (still a heatwave in the Northeast) and how the start of the week (which is actually on a Sunday) sets the tone of the week. We know mindset is everythings but how do you stay on track?

Sometimes we tend to focus on things that do not set us up for success which disrupts the positive mindset. That is life, life happens and it’s our reaction that really sets the tone. Think of your hopes, goals and visions - are you supporting them?

Today, Carroll-Sue posed a question - what is one word you thought of when you woke up this morning? Janis’ word was “abundance”. Carroll-Sue’s word was “joy”.

When life gets in the way, as if often will, try simplifying your thoughts with a word of the day (or it may be a phrase) - whatever it is for you, that comforts you and helps you to focus on all that is good - it’s something that puts you back into that positive mindset!

(As we were recording live to our Facebook page, Janis “froze” - we could still hear her but we only saw her reflection in the moment she was explaining why it’s not a good thing for your husband to tell you to cut vegetables a certain way - haha - you just have to listen in and by the way!)
