Cuban family not allowed to be in their son’s trial

#Cuba 🇨🇺🆘 | The Suriaga Gonzalez family is denouncing to the world the unfair trial the communist state is putting their son, Yanpiel Gonzalez. Yanpiel is charged with being a “social danger” under the law “Ley de Peligrosidad Predelictiva o Peligrosidad Social.” In other words, the Castro tyranny uses this law to make any civilian a criminal, anything can be deemed a “crime” and the person can be charged before the alleged crime is committed. Similar to the movie Minority Report, only this actually happening in our country. There is no presumption of inocense and trials are unfair and useless. This young man might be facing years in prison charged with an invented crime by the state. His family is not allowed to witness the trial. The police guarding the door. They feel helpless like many Cuban families that have gone through this arbitration and violation of Human Rights. They want the help of Cuban influencer Alex Otaola so the world knows the injustice being committed. Also, under this “Social Danger Law” anyone can be charged as a common criminal, including dissidents. This is how the Castro regime avoids the fact that they have political prisoners. Or they try to. According to NGO Cuban Prisoners Defenders’ investigations, it “resulted in figures of more than 100,000 inmates, that is around 1% of the total population, exactly more than 950 prisoners per 100 thousand inhabitants, distributed in hundreds of prisons and institutions of reclusion all over the island.” March 14, 2020
