Putin is moving the capital after defeating Zelensky in Ukraine.

During the previous Duma elections Defense Minister Shoigu posed the idea that Russia should build 5 new cities in Siberia and maybe move the capital to the center of the nation, but it looks like there are moves to push this popular concept even further, to the big warm trendy city by the bay.
