Christ's Early Death

A foregone conclusion concerning the nature of crucifixion is that the process toward death is long and grueling, lasting even 3-4 days, yet Jesus Christ's death came comparatively quickly. Does this call into question the biblical record of His sacrifice? Modern day medical investigation procedures prove the validity of the crucifixion as witnessed in the Gospels.
