Clearings and Terraces and Ladders

The treehouse build is uphill from the homesite; it is something we can work on while we wait for the contractors to get the main site prepared. We'll need this to elevate a watertank and get water pressure; also it will house solar panels and give us electricity on the east side, and when we stay here at night it will get us off the ground and away from rattlesnakes, we hope.
