To help identify all the entities of the Backrooms, one has to see the signs. Kirsty here is one of those early explorer of the backrooms, and one of those rare survivors. She came face to face with the entity and escaped the level exit. Not only did she meet "the Engineer", she got to meet the unique entity Pinhead in the Backrooms and the whole gang of cenobites. I think she invented the Run for your life level though.
