Reactive abuse AKA Gaslighting

Just a little vent on gaslighting also know as reactive abuse. I am so sick and tired of trying to explain common instructions, or the reasons why I don't do this or that to a narcissist... I wanna spit square nickels. But that's what they want. The gaslighter is abusing us to get us to react ON PURPOSE!

So, do your best to study the signs, hang onto your truth... SILENTLY and walk away.
