MH17 - Experiment at motel with dirty car on very sunny day - 19 June 2019

On 19 June 2019, I decided to verify if a dirty carglass coupled with a very sunny day could lead to a huge alteration of image quality like we can see on the Paris Match video of the BUK.

I let my car really dirty after birds shit on it. She was much dirtier than the one of Paris Match. After that, I reencoded two times the video and shrinked its size. And even like this the quality of the video is still much better.
