Here are ten cycling training tips I wish I knew as a beginner cyclist, a sequel from a previous video i made on this topic, which was more general cycling tips. In this video we will discuss building base fitness, implementing high intensity training, and also taking some much needed recovery / rest from time to time. My wife Alice, will also share some of the mistakes / learnings from her time as a beginner cyclist to now.
