Canceling My Adobe Subscription Due To The Recession! Free Alternatives!

With the economy heading into a recession I'm looking to save money by cancelling my Adobe subscription and using free alternatives to save during these challenging times. Adobe make some really good products but it's not worth it during a recession and when money is so tight.
