Aircon ON, Doors closed, or else!

France tells shops they must keep the doors SHUT if they have Air-conditioning on or Heat or they will be fined. Shops are also told that neon-signs cannot be left on in the early morning hours. If the French think this is going to save them from the looming energy rationing, they are kidding themselves!
