So there Alice was. Pedaling away on her Specailzied Tarmac, locked in on a Wahoo Kickr Indoor trainer, completing the 20 minute FTP test. Indoor training at it's very best. Little did she know, that I thought it would be a bright idea to capture some of the footage. When Alice realized I was there filming, things got a little out of hand! But we kissed and made up after the FTP test the Wahoo Kickr was complete and she suggested that I should share this footage with everyone for a bit of a laugh. What a good sport and she even has a good laugh at this video herself.
