How To Fish A Chatterbait? The Chatterbait, or commonly recognized as the bladed jigs, is a popular fishing lure method for bass fishermen because of its versatile use in any situation. Bass move patterns solely depend on the season. For example, during the pre-spawn season, chatterbait is best to lure female fish before she gets ready for the spawning ritual by luring her lipless crankbaits.
