In this video, we went over the concept of three brains. The three brains we're talking about is: Reptilian, Mammalian, and the Human Brain. Interestingly, 80% of the human brain mass is the human brain (neocortex), while only 20% is from mammalian and reptilian. Oddly though, the reptilian and mammalian brain are influencing the 80% more than the other way around. In order to tap into self-actualization and become a creator, our baseline needs have to be met. Once met, we can move into higher thinking. Let me know what you think!
