The group of self-described "Patriots" who briefly partially blocked several interstates on Independence Day have apparently moved their camp from a private lot in West Virginia to the National Mall in the heart of Washington DC. Citizen Stringer has confirmed that the two known sex offenders are currently with the group in DC
