First Antler sheds! Well... kind of from the Illinois homestead

03-02-20. Join me for a quick Farm Vlog from our Southern Illinois farm as I find the first dead Illinois buck of the spring antler shed hunting season. Actually I was not looking just yet but as I was leaving our mile long driveway I noticed some telltale white color on the forest floor so I pulled out the binoculars that I keep handy in my Ford F250. Yes, sure enough it was a deer carcass, bones, skull and all and it was a pretty nice buck! Of course you never want to find dead deer this way, but it is a fact of life.
