No, the Talmud does not allow lying to gentiles. Islam does allow lying to the kaffir, and Sharia law has 6 legal forms of deception. The form of deceit called Hiyal allows any and all Islamic Sharia laws to be circumvented, making all treaties, oaths, promises and agreements suspect. The Jewish/Christian 10 Commandments are clear, "Thou Shalt Not Lie", and the Talmud is a commentary on the Torah/Bible. Let's look at how Owen Benjamin and the YT/FB commenters are pushing a lie, one which, no surprise, benefits Islam.
