How to prepare an avocado

Ive spent a good portion of my adult life working in the restaurant industry. It had always been a friendly environment for those who not only serve the greens but also smoke them.
A common question i would get asked is 'how do you prepare and serve avocados?'
In this short video i show the easiest technique to cut, peel, and prepare an avocado for service.
You will need: a cutting board, a sharp knife, an avocado, and a spoon.
