Dan Comments on Warrants and Miranda

In General, If Law Enforcement comes to your house, they need a warrant and if they don’t have one, tell them to go get one. You are Under No Obligation to speak under any circumstances.
Miranda – Custody plus Interrogation = Miranda
Custody means you are not free to leave and if they ask you something, they need to Mirandize you. Custody means you are not free to leave so ask “I’m I free to leave?”
