How to defeat ISIS - President Donald J. Trump

DJT tells the story of when he visited Iraq to figure out how to defeat ISIS. He says the military generals on the ground told him the only reason ISIS was still thriving was because leadership in Washington prevented the generals from eliminating them.

Mattis (TV general) told Trump it would take 3 years to defeat ISIS, but boots on the ground told DJT they could be defeated in 3 weeks, & they were.

[They] were funding ISIS through Obama, so when Trump took power, ISIS was instantly defeated.
