This was recorded on Saturday February 29th 2020 that 15:28. While sitting in traffic a fire truck and came. pulling up with lights and Sirens blaring. The fire truck pulled ahead of us and block traffic off and one lane. I noticed what looks to be a car that has gone off the road in a possible accident. I noticed the police seem to be attempting to restrain somebody. I jumped out of the car and started filming. Things got a little intense for a minute when they were struggling to handcuff the gentleman. Let me know what you think of this whole situation in the comments section!!
