Tsugami Chucker Lathe CNC Conversion Part 1 Mach3, Mach4, LinuxCNC, Centroid Acorn, Hardinge

I picked this up on offerUp for $550. My plan is to convert to CNC. I need to cut curved edges and cannot figure out how to do that manually. I was going to either use Mach3, Mach4, LinuxCNC or Centroid Acorn. Let me know what you would use. I already have an extra USB smooth stepper to works with mach3, possible mach4.
