Dell Poweredge R730 Windows 2022 server build, Silence noisy fans, quiet loud fans.

I'm building this server for a customer. We are in the process of upgrading an old domain controller and roaming profile storage. Login into the iDrac card to quiet these ridiculously loud fans. Its under setting/fans/setup. This my first install of Windows server 2022. Its basically Windows server 2019.
