POE IP Camera No Power Troubleshooting Board Repair HiSilicon SOC

One I noticed one my camera went offline. I went outside and noticed the IR LED's were still lit. I decided to take the camera apart and troubleshoot. My POE board had a blown capacitor. After I replaced the cap the camera boot fine.
