Technical trading legend Al Brooks discusses his long-term outlook on the stock market. After a 10-year extremely bullish period and one of the strongest years in 2019, Brooks believes the market will be headed into a decade of rangebound markets. However, the range over the next decade may include pullbacks as large as 30% to 50% so traders will need to be aware. Equity traders will have to know when to get out, get short, and maintain the ability to get back in after a sharp drawdown to exploit the opportunities provided by major corrections.
