The primary difference is our partner brokerages are traditional brokerage firms that are established reputable based in New York City in often mid size or larger in number of agents, listings and deal count. Our partner brokers are not discount brokers. This means they never openly discount by advertising set or low in commission rates. As a result, because of the established nature of our partner brokerages which are traditional firms that do hundreds of residential sales deals per year in the city with many agents, well, they have a track record of working well and having good relations with other traditional brokerages in the city.

We work with them on the buy side and the sell side frequently year round, and we often know the brokers on the other side of the transaction. Because of partner brokerages are not out there to disrupt the industry and essentially to take the livelihoods away from the other traditional brokers in the industry, there is generally less fiction in a transaction. Think about it this way, 90% of deals are done between 2 agents, a listing agent and a buyer's agent.

This means you need the cooperation of other agents to successfully complete a transaction. Now, do you think it's easier or harder to work with a broker if you yourself are openly discounting and advocating for the disruption or the destruction of the industry? As you can imagine, other traditional brokers might be hesitant to work with you, to respond to you in a timely manner or at all if you are doing so.

This is why at Hauseit, we've always thought that the best way to enable change and to help consumers send money is to do this quickly. Which is why all of our traditional partner brokerages never openly discount their services we work well with others. So, in a recap, let's discuss what's different about Hauseit service.

Hauseit has partner brokerages that are traditional, established, reputable brokerage firms in the city that are members of the Real Estate Board in New York, the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors or the Long Island Board of Realtors. A partner brokerages never openly discount their services which as a result needs a less friction in a transaction in generally a better outcome and a smoother process for our customers.
